Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday with the exception of holidays recognized by our couriers and postal services. Processing orders takes approximately three to five business days. Package tracking information is always sent to you via email once your product has been shipped. The tracking email gives a suggested parcel arrival date. If you haven’t received a shipment within that time frame, please contact us at 1888 915 0030 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help track it down. F2C Nutrition is not responsible for shipping delays, lost or stolen packages.
If you would like to return products, the original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost incurred on your return shipment is at your expense. Please note that a 15% restock fee will be deducted from your original payment (before tax and shipping)
